Infinite Fitness Gym - Who Are We?

Whether you're simply trying to get fitter, or already a trained athlete, Infinite Fitness is a gym that offers the truly personal touch. We offer a full range of free and fixed weights, a cardiovascular studio as well as numerous group fitness classes, such as interval training, box-fit, abs blast, spinning and step – a class to suit everyone, whatever your level of fitness and ability. The completely refurbished premises are fitted out to a high standard. Studios are light, airy and spotlessly clean and feature four separate training areas, with modern cardiovascular and resistance equipment, you will be ensuring that you are working out in a great environment. The studios included, are a free weights area, a resistance machine room, a cardiovascular room and a group fitness studio. All of our trainers are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable.

Who Are We?


Jessica Hollies is an extremely keen personal trainer who is qualified fully at Level 3. And who in her first year has already built up a catalogue of client transformations that speak for themselves. Her specific successes lie in fat loss and reduction of inches and body fat. Jess has personal experience in hypertrophy i.e. lean muscle gain and along the way in her own journey has picked up experience and the methodologies involved in developing a lean physique. This is an area that Jess would love to work with even more in the future.


Each programme Jess develops for her clients is specific to the individuals needs and personal goals and Jess is extremely passionate about making the personal training experience not only engaging and reciprocal but also enjoyable for both the client and the trainer. Along with personal training Jess will provide 1-2-1 nutritional guidance, week by week adjustments and 24/7 support all included within the package.


2018 will see Jess striving to further her learning within the fitness industry by completing new qualifications and gaining even more experience.


Furthermore Jess is there to make your journey an enjoyable one, and to be the motivational figure that will ensure you get in the best shape of your life.



Sherry Daniels trained as a beauty therapist, and qualified, in 1995. She stayed on to do her Level 3 in Spa that covered more nutrition, slimming treatments etc.


She then went onto do her RSA Fitness Instructors certificate and ran her own classes at night whilst working on beauty counters during the day. Sherry came back to fitness 8 years ago but down a completly different angle. She found her passion for the outdoors, refreshed her fitness training, and had done her Level 2. She is currently working through Level 3 and Spinning.


Sherry is also working towards being an ML (Mountain Leader) as she runs Biddulph Hiking & Mountaineering Club, which is a group she put together last year to help raise funds for heart screenings in Biddulph. The club has gone from strength to strength and has been nominated for Local Hero awards in our local newspaper.


Sherry's passion is to develop clients into training for expeditions such as the National 3 peaks, or even International Everest base, Kilimanjaro. She believes that fitness should be fun and loves to see and be part of people's fitness journeys. Developing and motivating individuals and groups is my main strength.



Rich Holloway has always loved fitness, and has constantly been going to the gym. He has been a fully qualified butcher for over 7 years and knows the difference between the good and bad fats, and what meats are a good source of protein.


After doing his own 8 week transformation, he decided to make his passion his job. Having done transformation camp himself, he knows what it takes and the struggles, but also the sense of achievement once you’ve accomplished your target.


Rich is now fully qualified in level 2 & 3, and will be working towards doing boxing qualification in 2018.


Now Rich has started his new journey, taking classes and training clients and helping them achieve their goals, his main strengths are helping people achieve their goals through continuous support and motivation.

Hypertrophy

Want lean muscle gain? Then this class is for you. Our Hypertrophy class will be based in our PT room, and each week we will be targeting a different muscle group(s). Concentrating on correct technique and tempo to ensure maximum fibre recruitment in each and every repetition. Possibly the best way to burn calories from fat.

Circuits

Our structured circuits include exercises to engage all aspects of your fitness. Isolation exercises, compound lifts, body weight exercises along with cardio stations. Timings on each station will vary from as little as 30 seconds up to 1 minute plus. These classes cater for ALL fitness levels, from the absolute beginner to the accomplished trainer.

K.O. Cardio Box

K.O. Cardio Box is a pairs, pads & gloves style class. You'll be put through your paces with punch combinations and body weight exercises. Not got any boxing experience? No technique? Don't worry they aren't a pre-requisite. This is a fun class guaranteed leave you punch drunk.

Pure Cardio

Pure Cardio incorporates variations of Hiit. Mainly Body weight but sometimes with additional weights. Using mainly a tabata style time structure, you will be pushed to YOUR limit. These classes will encourage you to work to your capabilities and sometimes beyond.

tABZbata

A 30 minute class targeting your abdominal and core muscles. Working with the tabata timing model we will take you through 6 sets of 8 x 20 second rounds of exercises to work your core.

Mark's 8 week challenge totally changed my way of thinking. I've always been a gym person but never fully committed, and thought I could eat what I wanted whilst going. How wrong was I?! I signed up with Mark to do a 8 week bootcamp and I've never looked back, it was the best thing I did. I have learnt a lot about having a better diet and have not been afraid to eat carbs. My diet has totally change and the way in which I think about food. Being a vegetarian means that I have a high protein diet but with the help and support from Mark I have seen that that is ok. During my PT sessions/boot camps, Mark always pushes me to my limits and gets the best out of me. I have noticed a big change in my body and can see muscle definition in places I wanted! I always loved to exercise but Mark's PT sessions took it to a different level. They were tough but I thoroughly enjoyed them. I have just completed an 8 week bootcamp with Infinite Fitness. Wow! I now have muscles forming... I should say I'm not petite, I am/was a 16 stone lady who carries my weight on my back and stomach most of all. We worked hard for the 8 weeks and I feel so much better (I even bought a backless dress to go out in), lost lots of inches and now weigh 14st 10lb. I am over the moon.
